Looks like a whole lot of fun.
Yesterday's ice storm in New England was not a whole lot of fun. I am one of the quarter million still without power. My house is hovering at 50, the cat is shivering and I'm holed up at the Big Guys house. My place of work was running on diesel generators, good place to stay warm and take a shower if the need arises.
My neighborhood was littered with uprooted trees.

The palate was tinted an eerie color green, as we have no snow on the ground yet.

And check out the huge snow flakes!

Nice video. Thanks for posting it. I don't think I have the nerve to try something like that.
I can't imagine life without heat and power. Hope everything gets fixed up sooner (than later). At least you have a good reason for staying elsewhere (wink, wink :<)
We had a little snow and ice, but you all got it really hard, I know. Now I have no excuse for whining that I can't ride on the ice. Here's warm wishes, at least!
By the way, awesome job on the header of your blog. The mix of photos is so cool!
WHERE do you get those SKIIS??? Great video. Sorry about the power, man, things are nasty there. Just -5 and 18" of snow here...
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and yours.
Enjoyed your posts this year and looking forward to continue doing so in 2009
All the Best
Happy New Year to you Gail.....
you've inspired me to experiment with photoshop:

I'm a bit slow getting to this but what a hoot. A person really has to want to ride in the snow to build that sort of accessory for their Beemer (and then make a video!). If it were a Vespa I would understand but a BMW??? *grin*
Have a great New Year!
