Ick. The reason most ex500 owners take the backing plates off is that with them in, the fairing damage would have been worse. Instead, they flap around at highway speeds. As long as there was no damage done to the rider, it is all repairable with some ABS cement.

I noticed the front blinkers are dangling in some of the pics. I'm pretty sure I can lay my hands on the metal backers that attempt to keep them in place, if you want them. Let me know, and I'll run them up to you.
